I loved the way The Compass makes you dig deep. The Starting Point and the History templates were my favorite. I had many “aha” moments while doing The Compass. I saw things I wanted to eliminate as well as bring into my life that would have taken many more months to discover. Very clear. Overall: Amazing! I am truly a believer in what you have created. I feel as if my life has shifted from this point forward. Today when I went back to work, I just kept thinking of The Compass. I saw the future this past weekend, and I smiled.

I ordered The Compass because I am an OD consultant and thought it would be a great tool to utilize for coaching. Upon receiving The Compass I decided to use it myself and found it to be very helpful. I have just taken a package and left a company that I have worked with for 15 years. So, I am in the process of re-inventing my "work self." The Compass is an outstanding tool to get clarity on my focus and direction for the next part of the work journey. I ordered a few additional Compasses for friends going through the same transition and they loved it.

After 20 years as a consultant, and training over 25,000 people, I have been hit with "semi-retirement." The Compass has become my primary resource in re-inventing myself and clarifying the purpose for the rest of my life. You can't imagine what a powerful resource it is under such circumstances. Several of my coaching clients have looked it over, and I have strongly requested that they get a copy. It would be a powerful tool for any personal planning, but for any major life change it is unbelievable.

I had each of my staff fill out most of the compass prior to our retreat. We have created a new division, so all know each other but have not necessarily worked together as a team. We then took about 2 hours to walk through the templates, talking about the major questions asked. It just helped build a sense of camaraderie and a clear picture of what each of us needs out of work and each other.
